  1. You know we have morels here in Louisiana. They are just very difficult to locate but there are a few spots close to St Francisville where they can be found.

  2. Dude morels are the best! We got em here in the wild! We go hunting every spring for em. Also I gave that outlaw light a shot and found my favorite beer! It’s cheaper than Busch but better than any domestic.

  3. We got a pic with the Kracker while we was waiting in line for the festival , he had a bucket of jello shots he was handing out ! Lol. Are we getting a video of the 2 step fest ?

  4. Love deep fried champignons but if I am cooking ribeyes I sauté them in butter and smother my steak with them couyan!!!

  7. Was bad ass meeting you we drove 19hrs from northern Michigan to go to your fest it was awesome n some of the best crawfish I ever had. We can only get the sh*t frozen crawfish from Walmart here

  8. Cut them in half and split them in half. Egg wash and coat in flour, fish fry batter if youre feeling spicy. Pan fry in butter until you think theyre done

  9. We were the California Hillmans. We did a drop and pop just for the festival. The event was great. Wish we would have had more time but you guys really screwed the pre paids if you weren’t a VIP. We got in line at 11:00 and didn’t get in until 12:30. In the hot sun my wife gets heat stroke really bad. Poor girl was miserable. I know you couldn’t have planned it that way but it made us pre paid people feel like you got your money and didn’t care. That has to change if you want to improve your event. If you improve the entry process we might come back next year. My wife was so impressed with how family oriented it was. By the way our favorite crawfish booth was the West Texas Crawfish. Selects and the seasoning was off the charts. We also loved all the jambalaya. Didn’t care for the gumbo. The one we had the rue seemed like they skulled it. Anyway, thank you for at least trying to have a great event. Fix the entry coullion. Sau Sai Bonn!
