  1. Looks like "want not to eat" meal. I make three veggie/fruit dishes when one meat and starch is made. A healthy regimen requires 4 6 servings a day. A vegetarian lives on average a decade longer than the national average. At least grapes are on the table..

  2. Too much pepper and meat for the child. Having veggies and fruits as sides for the child would have been ok.

  3. Di sana 1 potong besar daging untuk 1 orang 1x makan. Di sini 1 potong besar daging dg ukuran yg sama dipotong lagi kecil2 lalu dimasak pakai kuah/air yg banyak campur potongan kentang/sayur2 jadi 1 kuali/panci besar untuk makan 1 keluarga dan masih sisa untuk lauk makan berikutnya. Itulah sebabnya tinggi badan orang sana dan orang sini beda jauh.
