This might be one of the best burritos I’ve ever made… and we almost ruined it. We’re recreating a wild San Diego-style California burrito inspired by La Perla – with carne asada, pico, guac, fries… and a full-on quesadilla as the wrapper. We forgot the fries. Then everything went sideways.
