A Michelin Star Experience In A Rolls-Royce Showroom

Chef William Shen, recipient of two Michelin stars, treated 30 Rolls-Royce Palm Beach clients to an equally dramatic and delectable evening of Japanese fusion cuisine. He and his team, representing his award-winning Orlando eatery SOREKARA, served the seven-course omakase offering from a temporary kitchen in the Rolls-Royce showroom.

Yama Seafood transported a 130-pound bluefin tuna from Spain to be used in the meal. Owner Nobu Yamanashi carved the fish himself in front of clients. Fine wine pairings, including 30-year vintages, completed the evening.
