  1. Нет, это не идеально !! При прожарке medium срез мяса должен иметь не такой цвет. По факту мясо в внутри сырое. На видео может быть и смотреться необычно, но это не то…И да, мясо перед готовкой не солят !!

  4. High smoke point oil! Are you mad? What do they have to do to it to make it “high smoke point”. Why not use tallow/dripping instead? It’s far better for you and does a better

  7. Except don’t do whatever you did to try to bill grill lines in it. You’re just losing out on the flavorful crust in those spots. The lines do literally nothing for your steak
