Before Donald Trump began president, he became the subject of then-president Barack Obama’s White House Correspondents’ Dinner speeches in when he attended the 2011 and 2015 events respectively.
Despite now being in his second term, Trump has never attended the event, but plans to do so in 2026 when Oz Pearlman hosts the WHCD. Here’s a look back at how Obama joked about Trump.
