⭐️ Ingredients:

2-3 peppers
1 onion
Ground hamburger meat
Ground Italian sausage
4 tablespoons spoons flour
2 tablespoons tomato paste
Worcestershire sauce
Minced garlic
1 container of beef broth
Spaghetti noodles
Beefy Onion Lipton soup packet
Nature seasoning (idk what this is lol)
Cajun seasoning
Italian seasoning
Save 1 cup pasta water

  1. Shade veggies probably are not good for Josh considering his light skin. My hubby is like that but, he loves them. We have to moderate.

  2. There is actually a difference in bell peppers. The bell peppers with the 3 lumps/bottoms are male peppers an they are more of a cooking pepper an the one with the 4 on the bottom are females an are a sweeter pepper which makes them better for snacking. Outside that the colors of the bell peppers don't make a difference it just adds color to the dish..

  3. Spray ice cube trays with cooking spray. Fill with tomato paste. Freeze. Transfer to zip lock baggie or other container & store in freezer. Do same with fresh herbs. Fill ice tray halfway with melted butter or olive oil and chipped herbs.

  4. Ways to thicken:
    Cook a few minutes with pasta in it;
    More tomato paste;
    More flour.
    I would probably add cabbage; zucchini, cherry tomatoes, corn, beans

  5. Now Josh, I know damn good and well you just did not say this looks like a gumbo. One nothing tomato goes in a gumbo, not a paste, not a sauce and not tomatoes itself nor does ground meat go into a gumbo. The only thing in this video that goes in a gumbo. It’s the Cajun seasoning nothing else.

  6. Momma needs to wash her hands after touching the dog before cooking. And wash your vegetables and fruits and new utensils out of their package.

  7. 15:56 pasta water has the starch it drew out of the noodles which Starch naturally thickens liquid it's why we wash noodles after cooking typically to get rid of the starch but stews and chilies pot roast gravy you may add Starch.

  8. Put little spoon fulls of tomato paste in the freezer on a plate or something. Take them out when frozen and put them in a baggy and take some out when needed. Works perfect!!
