  1. Considering what Stouffer’s and other processed food companies add into their “food” recipes, this would have been a better experiment with homemade lasagna.

  2. I’m a doctor, and ‘The lost secret of healing’ by Noah Rivers is one of the rare books that can truly transform people's lives. Nothing else compares.

  3. If after u eat i was told do some exercises walk dance clean up the kitchen dont just sit around and do nothing the movement of our bodies keeps the glucose down

  4. Testing my favorite food that I see need to cut back on. This guy's tests have been instrumental in me beating pre diabetes! I am now doing similar tests (minus YT) and between him and I, my eyes have been opened.

  5. I wonder if lasagna made from scratch instead of the store bought version makes a difference. I make my noodles. I also dice up alot of green beans, onions, mushrooms, cabbage, zucchini, and carrots and combine it with my tomato beef sauce, to pack in a lot of veggies. I also add psyllium husk and collagen powder. I use lactose free cheese. I wonder how your GM would respond to that.

  6. "Controlling blood usage" does not negate any attention being paid to CALORIES. This has both massive spike and massive calories. Obesity in a pan.

  7. Hey, first of all, I love your videos and they are so helpful when choosing what to eat. That said, it would be really nice to see a comparison between overcooked pasta vs. al dente pasta. Thanks for the important work you do!

  8. I gave into temptation & bought a lasagne – it spiked really badly like yours did, but it was SO delicious. It’s rare that I eat things like that. It’s better to make a lasagne with wholemeal Spelt pasta, just a 1 sheet layer of the pasta, and instead of bechamel sauce on top, 250g Ricotta cheese with an extra large egg, 60g grated Parmesan and 125g – 200g mozzarella
