β‘οΈ Steps to Prepare

1.Take 2 cups of daliya,roast slightly
2.When π completely grind coarsely
3.Add in 1 cup of semolina,2 cups of butter milk,1 cup of water mix, cover and rest for 30 minutes
4.Add more 1 cup of water to adjust the consistency
5. Now add finely chopped veggies like onionπ§
, capsicum π«, carrot π₯, 1 tbspn grated ginger,
6. Add 1 tbspn chana dal,1 tbspn urad dal,1 tspn mustard seeds,2 finely chopped green chillies,hing, curry leaves in hot oil,1 tbspn salt and mix with batter
7. Add in 1 tbspn baking soda with 1 tbspn of water mix properly
8.Pour the batter into greased idli mould and steam for 15-20 minutes
9.Healthy Daliya Idli ready to serve
10.Enjoy with Red tomato chutney n Coconut π₯₯ Chutney
