Fries were reasonable, the burgers on their own are overpriced for takeaway. But then isn't everything these days, sadly. Fair score from you. Thanks for another great, honest review Danny.

It's not the wrapping that causes the soggy bottom; it's the fact that brioche buns should never be used on a burger. The bread absorbs the juices and then falls apart.
You seem to be their only customer, which tells me all I need to know.

The thing with Vegan and Veggie Burgers many restaurants add their own sauce and personally I ask them to leave it off, being Vegetarian myself, I have probably tried most of them that are available, they usually charge more than a regular burger.
My trick-hack if you want to call it that is ask for no dressing, then make up a mixture of Ketchup and hot sauce and put that on the burger that bring the flavor profile.
A lot of Vegans and Vegetarians don't eat burgers from fast food places, its due to the cross contamination from the meat patties on the grill, there is really no way around it, they do clean the grills, but the meat particles are in the air and get on everything.
I applaud the owners for trying to provide a meat alternative.
That said I'm sitting here watching this video and eating a Veggie Delite Sub from Subway and it is good.
PS my favorite veggie burger, I get the Spicy Black Bean burgers from the market and add pepper jack cheese, red onion, tomato, pickle, and mix of Ketchup and Hot Sauce, the hot sauce packets from the takeaway stores are fine, I live in California and I like a brand called Tapatio.
Being in the UK I imagine a nice spicy curry sauce would do nicely, actually Indian Cuisine have some nice Vegetarian dishes.
Just for some context comparison here in California take out-take away prices are up what you paid for those burgers and not just burgers Burritos are up there too, one local Mexican place their big Breakfast Burritos are $15.00 USD just the Burrito alone but all the ingredients are inside, egg, cheese, meat and potato.
One Fast Food place here sells a Veggie Burger by itself is $12.99 USD if you get the combo fries and drink, and have it delivered its around $20.00 USD plus.
But you know sometimes, you just want a nice big juicy takeaway burger and maybe some chips, it might cost more these days, sometimes its just worth it to enjoy something.

I tried the burger place of his in the O2 a few years back.
It was overpriced, absolutely tasteless and awful.
He is a chancer having lots of business opening and closing see companies house…. or dissolved , (Danny John Malin) or even (Danny John Mei Lan MALIN)
anyway Gordon Ramsey is loosing the plot. I used to really enjoyed his way of running a Business and helping others for many years . We all thinking Danny came from being humble.
rip off i wouldnt give him my money id rather support a smaller local businesses

No idea why they wrap anything hot with bread in foil ? It makes it sweat and soggy, stupid idea.

Why beef is full of protein and many vitamins and minerals, veggie meet is full of fake chemicals that cause Cancer.

I always thought that takeaway prices were cheaper because there was no vat paid on the price and there was when it was sir in.
It's London, quality ingredients, well cooked and with the Ramsay brand. It's not going to be cheap
Wife is vegetarian and said it's one of the best patties she's ever had and we eat out a lot. We both loved the fries and my meal was amazing too. I think people are a bit tight these days not realising it's not the 90's anymore 😂
And to be able to take it and sit in a park in the sun was even better

You ordering the vegan burger is akin to committing the ultimate sin. Burgers and vegan simply don't belong in the same conversation.

Should restaurants offering vegan options like that burger have a chance to change the cheese to regular cheese for vegetarians who appreciate true dairy cheese?
Nope we are getting used to the prices now, round here even my favourite uber eats places are burgers hitting 10-12 quid and fries are always extra 4-5 pound a go, usually Loaded so a bit more value. If it is tasty well presented and always filling then you go back if it fails too many steps i:e cold when it gets to you missing ingredients etc then you go elsewhere. And McD's and KFC are just taking the mick nowadays, they just don't seem to satisfy the craving these days.
