We found a lakeside spot serving a huge Sunday roast board — beef, pork, roasties, Yorkshires and all the trimmings. Proper setting, serious food… but does it actually deliver?

Yeahhhhh I don’t want cheap cut of steak & a small piece of pork passed as Sunday dinner, that’s super disappointing and way too expensive. The Green Man in Clifton Campville is far superior for a Sunday dinner!
Good video. Liking Sunday roast reviews. On my list is the Caribbean Sunday Roast at the Cuban Embassy in Moseley Birmingham. Would love a review on this.
And one I’d strongly recommend you visit is the Packhorse in Affetside near Bolton/Bury. Have their Sunday Roast Platter. It used to be about £36 but now £45. However it is well worth the money. A must go!

Looks amazing no denying but totally overpriced. The thing that makes me laugh about UK and Sunday roasts is people going into a frenzy over a roast spud. It’s madness. It’s become a measurement of nothing

OMG I grew up a mile and a half away, spent my early years in Sutton Park. Bracebridge lake is one of seven. It is beautiful , great for biking or was I e been away for 25 years. Very strange things happen at night 😳😳😳
A lot of people moaning about the price, if you don't like the price it's not for you… People save up all month to try food like this in venues such as this, Ferraris are nice.. doesn't mean I can afford it, I'm happy with my Toby carvery 🤣 if people can afford it why shouldn't they endulge? I'm greatful we get to view these places regardless! Have some positivity about yourselves 🙄🤣

Ripoff price and they've Increased It, and were was the bread ?, location a definite magnet mind you If your In the know.

The prices of the drinks and food are way to high and the queue’s for a drink at the last event was 30mins.
Have to agree with most comments Matt, £36 pp is outrageous, James Blunt great pub in the heart of Chelsea £29, even that was on the high end, normally looking at around £22/£24 tops, still great watch 👍

That board was not £72 . I was struggling to find it worth £36 but if that was two portions they need to wear a mask .

Anyroast dinner more than 25 squid is a rip off even if your eating the best cuts around ….taking the piss….for a stupid board full of veggies you got well and truly mugged off

Its over priced. I live in sutton and this aint the spot. 9.7 for a roast with no sunday roast cuts? The Red Lion in Hockley does the best roast in brum.
