I wasn’t watching step by step so I didn’t catch if you added salt to the mixture. Anyway, one of my Filipino friends gave me that recipe for a crab dip years ago…I had to be 30 or so because I will be 60 this year. That crab dip is a staple in our family now BUT it never occurred to me to use it to make crab Rangoon! Next family dinner is Easter and we will be having crab Rangoon!
