You should mix the broth and noodles, it's not fried noodles.

Carrie, the best way eating mie ayam is to mix the noodles and the soup plus a bit of sauce/sambal. You need to redo it again ๐

FYI the sate was goat meat not lamb.
Kambing = goat
Domba = lamb
Indonesian rarely eat lambs. We do eat a lot of goat meat.

Kue = Cake
Buah = Fruit
Telor / telur = Egg
Es = Ice
Otak – otak = Fish Cake
Kambing = Lamb
Ikan = Fish
Uli = made by sticky rice
Rangin Cake = made by sticky flafour and coconut and mix coconut milk
Bagus = Good
Enak / Lezat = Delicious
Not all indonesian can speak English..

the soup is for the noodle if you like wet then put more soup, if you like dry then no need to pour the soup to the noodle

4:45 you can add that soup on bowl to your noodle so its not to dry, because everyone have different preference for their mie ayam so the soup put on different bowl if want more soup just pour to your mie ayam
