Oh, I miss banana leaf tamales! This is how they make them in Honduras. The woman who cut my hair from her home there used to make tamales for her guests. I remember sitting there with a banana leaf tamale on my lap with a fork while she helped me improve my Spanish by gossiping. 🙂 Oh my word, they were good tamales.
