My father was a US diplomat in Tehran for many years and I can tell you that their rich culture and love for art, poetry, philosophy and science is unmatched. They are very humble people who are also very peaceful and loving in nature. If it was any other country in Europe or even us americans, it wouldn't exist after thousands of years of repeated war & takeover attempts. But they are persian who are used to this & have never given up. It was a persian leader who helped the jews build their Temple and home in Israel. A composition showcasing their love for american culture. Even as their life is being disrupted by American actions, they continue to love american people and admire the american original art form Jazz.
