There was absolutely no reason to make a video review on the first truck. It was their 2nd day and you just caused some serious damage to their not even built yet reputation. Thats sad to see

Once again, Brennen and Jake showing they know jack shit about food by trashing those "pale" toritilla chips. Homemade tortilla chips are supposed to look pale. That’s normal for fresh‑fried chips made from real masa — they don’t have the artificial coloring or additives that make store‑bought chips look bright yellow. If you want that vibrant color, you have to buy the processed bagged ones. Pale chips are exactly what homemade should look like, and they’re usually the best tasting. But by all means, stick to your shitty store bought colored chips. Why these clowns have a following is beyond me.

I ate at a taco truck in Woodland Ca every Friday night for 4 years it was that good. 100 mile round trip for dinner. I miss that but did learn to make Asada Tacos myself just as good. I should open a taco truck here in Havana Arkansas.

EDIT: though, seeing it now, I think the one note I would give is to finish it off on a flat iron or griddle after the boil in the dirty water. Need that sear, but I would definitely try it if I were there crossing paths with him at that spot, regardless.
