As my famous Aerobics instructor said (inde pa uso Zumba word), exercising DOESN'T GUVE YOU THE LIBERTY TO LAFANG (Lafang means over-indulged eating) because you just fool yourself. Doing hard workout then eating, just wasted workout. Still eat healthy-quality foods (not oily, not salty) and in small quantities.
