One of Australia’a best Underground Japanese inspired fine dining
@exhibitionrestaurant is a underground fine dining restaurant with Japanese influence. It’s my second visit here and i was impressed by it! They improved a lot and I have already booked my 3rd visit 🤭
Since it’s around 26 course, I won’t go into detail as menu changes seasonally and it’s priced at $250 pp – from creativity, storytelling, interesting cooking techniques, every course surprised us the best way.
It’s my first time doing non alcoholic pairing, it elevated the whole experience utilising the exceptional produce and ingredients in creating a fun, unique drinks I have never try before, it’s very cool!! A must!!
