I came to this Russian fine dining restaurant expecting caviar and fancy mains… not one of the most interesting desserts I’ve had in Dubai 😭🇷🇺
Apparently Napoleon cake is considered one of Russia’s national desserts and now I understand why. The layers of puff pastry, sponge cake and vanilla chocolate sauce together were unreal.
Definitely not what I expected from Russian cuisine at all 😮💨
