3g parsley flakes

This cooks in 7-10 min

Stage 2
10 slices on chopped 45 calorie beef bacon
16 ounces onions
8 ounces peppers
Let that cook

Stage 3
14 ounces (1 bad Rummo’s pasta)

Stage 4 assembly add the follow to your chicken ⬇️
Bacon mix
Pasta
1 can drained black beans
1 can hunts fire roasted tomatoes
1 bag fat free cheddar cheese
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 tbsp pickle juice
1 tbsp lemon juice
Mix
