THIS ISNT THE CAR
Indian food exists and is so much worse than this lil bro
These videos go overboard with it. But there definitely are people who cook by mixing prepackaged foods adjacent to this.
God i love seeing the horrifc realities capitalism has had on our quality of life turned into memes
Its mostly fake, but lemme tell ya struggle meals get pretty foul when your scraping your coinpurse
American food is actually more regulated than anywhere else. The nutrition labels are so long because they actually have to list everything in the US.
Apple pie would beg to differ.
I hope the Jojo's fence meme will get covered next
the slander against british food was a distraction from what the americans have been cooking in their homes
And thanks to all the attention it received it's the ones made it to overseas (with barely anyone wanting them)
No real Americans eat that, it's all for rage bait on the internet, they do make stuff similar though but most are too poor to do those extravagant videos.
British People: "First time?"
American "food" is proof the nation needs a holodomor.
Yes, it is rage bait. Most people don't and can't afford to waste food like that, only upper middle class+ influencers treat their kitchens like kindergarten art class. The rest of us are scouring ads for the cheapest deals on grocery staples, or having a nice helping of sleep for dinner.
At my heaviest, I was nearly 300 pounds. My brother was 380. My mom was 320. We did not eat slop like tik tok "recipes." We got fat on eating too much in general, not on fried crap or entire blocks of cheese. If I had to pick vices for each of us, I'd say mine is cereal and tortilla chips, Mom's is popcorn and chocolate, and my brother's is ramen and hot dogs. My parents had food insecurity from growing up in poverty in large families and passed food hoarding and anxiety and snacks as love language on to us lol. But we've all lost a lot of weight now. It's just hard because stores in the US charge more for produce than for empty calorie processed crap, prepping produce takes more time than opening a package, and schools have cut cooking and health classes. This leads into the reason so many people love Doordash, Uber Eats, fast food, Factor/Meal kits etc is because so many people hate cooking or can't cook or don't have the time or energy or space to cook at home.
“american food” and its tiktok
You'd have to have a third world education to think these videos are any kind of reflection of reality. Which means it makes total sense why non-Americans believe them 🤣
This is basically a propaganda from the English Chefs
At best you MIGHT find food like this from a rich white family or an extremely poverished family of any race. You average person is not eating slop like this. Hell i dont even know a single person thats eats or cooks stuff like this.
As a non-american, I can confirm that this is really how americans eat.
Internet point
It’s rage bait. My whole family all cook their own food and eat super heathy. Ie: chicken and rice with counted macros
holy shit, long(er) form llmc
A wise man once said, “Oh, my stomach bubblin.”
It’s peak!
