It's funny to me that most people have no clue what the difference is between a Tbone and a porterhouse.
Cattlemans is way overrated now. Prices are insane and quality has fallen. That being said their salad dressing is amazing. I went there 3 times. 2015, 2016 and 2026. The last was much worse.
Been to cattlemens several times, its just ok. The myth you hear from locals overshadowed the product. Except breakfast, thats outstanding.
My ex only likes his steaks(no matter the cut) well done. He's had chef's and cooks cringe every time he orders! Even when we'd grill out; I would cook mine and let him do his own. Oh, he also drowns it in A1 sauce 😢.

when my wife and i would go down to elpaso tx there is a cattelmans out side of the city and the food is great. Guy you need to visit it.
i'm sorry but if you have to pierce your steak with a bunch a tiny knifes for it to be good, it's not a good steak.
If you go to Cattleman's you gotta get the lamb fries too.
Most over rated restaurant in Oklahoma.
