My personal favorite way to do these is actually for tacos. Same method you did for cooking, just when you reach the end, slice it thinly against the grain, and then one more time in the small bite size chunks fill the shell with pico de gaio and shredded cheese and then return it to a low heat source to melt the cheese and toast.The shell and enjoy
