    I don’t like tomatoes in potato salad, but in my sweet, cooked dressing potato salad that I add to mayonnaise, I use drained pimentos . I bet there are not many people who make potato salad the same way…and I bet that 99.99% of them are delicious❣️❣️ I hope that you had a happy Mother’s Day and didn’t wear and stress yourself out❣️

    I Love the crunch of the onion and celery for the texture in a potato salad with everything else being soft, I love mustard in it also. Looks like y'all had a wonderful day.
