Could have nicely told him you don't allow recording in the restaurant if he could please stop recording while inside but he didn't need to kick him out right away.The owner escalated the situation that didn't need to happen.If he told him no recording and he didn't listen and kept recording then he could have asked him to leave but he asked him to leave before asking him to not record inside.
If someone any darker than a light sunburn coming into my place I’d kick em out knowing damn well they won’t pay or tip and they’ll be a problem for the entire restaurant.
