    Hola amiga lejana!! Yo recuerdo la primera vez que vi cómo hiciste estas ollitas de masa con tapa y luego cerrabas alrededor formando un repulque un cierre bonito y le ponías una bolita en forma de tapa… yo hice una versión parecida con carne de res, vouluté y crema de leche con verduras como patatas, brocoli y zanahoria… Nos encantó… y ahora vuelvo a recordarlas y ya me voy a preparar para hacer una versión con pollo, champiñones quizás o calabacín, patatas (en casa comemos muchas papas y otros tubérculos venezolanos) o ya veré porque estas ollitas de masa son un plato exquisito… Gracias por tus creaciones Me inspiran a diario… no te emulo en los postres porque la verdad no soy buena… tú haces unos postres deliciosos y hermosos!!
