Ingredients
For the Stuffing
* Butter – 1 tbsp
* Cornflour – 1 tbsp
* Milk – ½ cup
* Chilli flakes – 1 tsp
* Oregano – 1 tsp
* Black salt – as per taste
* Sweetcorn – ½ cup
* Capsicum (finely chopped) – ¼ cup
* Onion (finely chopped) – ¼ cup
For the Spring Roll Sheets
* Maida (all-purpose flour) – 1 cup
* Salt – a pinch
* Water – as required

* Oil for deep frying

Recipe
Step 1: Prepare the Stuffing
* Heat butter in a pan and add onion, capsicum, and sweetcorn.
* Sauté for 2–3 minutes until slightly soft.
* Add milk and mix well.
* Now add cornflour and stir continuously until the mixture becomes thick and creamy.
* Season with chilli flakes, oregano, and black salt.
* Mix everything properly and let the stuffing cool down slightly.
Step 2: Make the Spring Roll Sheets
* In a bowl, add maida, salt, and water gradually to make a smooth flowing batter.
* Heat a non-stick pan lightly and spread a thin layer of batter on it like a thin crepe.
* Cook for a few seconds until the sheet is formed.
* Remove carefully and prepare all the sheets similarly.
Step 3: Assemble the Spring Rolls
* Place the prepared stuffing on one side of the sheet.
* Fold the sides and roll it tightly as shown.
* Seal the edges with a little flour-water slurry if needed.
Step 4: Fry the Spring Rolls
* Heat oil in a pan for deep frying.
* Fry the spring rolls on medium flame until golden brown and crispy.
Step 5: Serve
* Your cheesy spring rolls are now ready.
* Serve hot with ketchup or your favorite dip
