Ingredients
・Steamed soybeans: 150 g
・Dried baby sardines: 3 tbsp
・White sesame seeds: 2 tbsp
・Potato starch: 1 tbsp
・Vegetable oil: 2 tbsp
Sauce
・Soy sauce: 1 tbsp
・Sugar: 1 tbsp?
・Mirin: 1 tbsp
・Vinegar: 1 tsp

Instructions
1. If the soybeans are wet, pat them dry thoroughly.
2. Coat the soybeans evenly with potato starch.
3. Fry over medium heat until crispy.
4. Drain off the oil well.
5. Dry-toast the baby sardines for about 2 minutes.
6. Bring the sauce ingredients to a boil.
7. Add the soybeans, baby sardines, and sesame seeds.
8. Toss everything well.
