ingredients
1 pound lean turkey sausage
6 eggs
6 slices of American cheese
6 sola plain bagels

Instructions
Mold sausages into the egg molds
Cook up six eggs over medium
Toast up your bagels if you want to I chose to
Six slices of American cheese over the eggs once they’re almost done
Very simple meal prep I’ll be making this for the rest of the year. I didn’t realize how easy this really was the macros are on point, and this is very tasty.

  1. Also, just bought a a silicone egg mold thing thats like a muffin pan. I only do scrambled eggs (or omelet style) so, I can just pop in 6 eggs, scramble them in their little bowl thing and throw in the oven. Also, wonder if (you made the eggs my way), if you stacked your sausage egg and cheese and just bagged those seperate and then the day of, tossed those in the microwave and grab you a fresh non refridgerated bagel to put it on. I know regular bread kinda sucks after its been in the fridge and you heat it up and all that

  2. Recipe looks nice however molds for sausage not needed lol use your hands to mold them save some time 😅😆

  3. Do you happen to have any vegetarian recipes that still pack the protein? I wanna cook some of your meals for my wife but she prefers to avoid meat when she can.
