  1. ‼️For safety!! When doing this, you only need to heat the oil to around 150-175°F and then make sure you turn your heat source off before pouring!!

  2. The bits are not what ruin oil. It is the amount of heat. If you have denatured that oil you are CRAZY to use it , no matter how many bits you got out of it. Your health is soooo much more valuable than a few cents worth of oil. If that isn’t non seed, and a good quality tallow or such, you shouldn’t be using it in the first place. People need to know that they are killing themselves trying to save by over using health endangering & cheap oils. Even if they are still pretty & clear. It’s a common & good tip IF you start with the correct oil. Sorry Sir, but I see soo many paying such sad & deathly prices for people not educating them about WHAT oil to use.

  3. Or you can just wait till the oil cools off, natural sedimentation will cause the bits n flour residue to settle at the bottom, slightly filter the oil with a sieve and the last bit ( a few spoonfuls of it) is left you can throw it out cuz it will take the residue with it

  4. The sad thing is you have 2.4 million followers and a video got over 150,000 likes and you're giving dangerous information because once you heat oil once and fry with it, you should never reheat it again because now it's broken down has become carcinogenic which will cause weight gain and open to risk of getting various type of cancers

  5. And it makes the boiling point roll off and all the healthy omega goes to work so that your health detoriate rather than help , DO NOT RE USE OILS
