Why has pbs production quality bombed so much. I used to watch all the time but I can’t seem to make it more than a few minutes these days because it’s like watching public access channel stuff

I'm gonna try my best to finish this, but I hate this type of show. I miss the quality documentaries; this seems like it's trying to be a reality show, which I hate, with the clunky dialog–like they're trying to have a real conversation, but it just sounds so fake and scripted. I don't care about the personalities in the show, I just want to hear about the okra
Edit: I'm sorry, I tried, I can't finish…such a shame
I saw this show before – when Sean Brock did this 15 years ago.
Fried, stewed , pickled, or grilled ! Hands down one of my favorite veggie's
