Swai fillets are farm raised fish that alot of restaraunts use as a substitute for catfish pretty much. unless its a seafood place if you go to a restaraunt and order catfish i gaurantee youre getting Swai.
why do americans just cake all of their meat and fish in that dan’os seasoning? is the meat over there really that bad lol? yous really try covering up the natural flavour of your meat and fish so everything yous eat just tastes like dano’s seasoning lol when beef and fish tastes soo much better with just salt.. yet americans will joke that the UK conquered the world for seasonings to not use them but we do, it just isn’t necessary lol we also dont refrigerate our eggs so it got me wondering wtf does your government do to your proteins to make them taste soo bad that you need to cover up the taste of the meat with processed seasonings
