PESTO CHEESE TWISTS
Ingredients:
8oz cream cheese (softened)
8oz shredded mozzarella cheese
1 jar rustic basil pesto sauce
1 sheet puff pastry
1 egg (beaten)
Instructions:
In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, mozzarella (saving a 1/2 cup for topping), and pesto sauce until smooth. Spread over half of the puff pastry and fold the other half over. Slice into strips, twist each one, place on a lined baking sheet, brush with egg wash, and sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Bake at 400° for 15–20 minutes until golden and crispy. Enjoy! 😋
