Crying Tiger Steak | Spicy Thai Grilled Steak | Food Wishes

Besides the very catchy name, this incredible grilled Thai steak dish features a super flavorful marinade and an equally impressive dipping sauce. You’ll also hear my theory for how crying tiger steak got its name. Enjoy!

  1. You should have put a Mug of Mead as a watermark easter egg in the vid. Then you'd have had Crying Tiger Hidden Flagon!
    I'll see myself out, chef.

  2. been a huge fan for a number of years, but i have to say, your voice inflection is reaching the grating status. You're better than needing a gimmicky voice…

  3. Isn’t the reason the char works because it’s only the sugar turning dark, not the meat/protein?

  4. Great recipe. But how about telling us alternatives to oyster and fish sauce for those that have allergies.
