Grilled Halibut with Lemon Butter Dill Sauce, Asparagus and Rice.

1️⃣ Get some nice halibut filets coat them with olive oil and season with a seafood rub. Prep some asparagus for grilling and hit them with olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic powder.
2️⃣ Get the Big Konnected Joe fired up with lump charcoal to 400 f. Insert the stainless steel vegetable grate on one side and the soap stone on the other. Let them preheat for 20 minutes or so.
3️⃣ Make a lemon butter dill sauce by sautéing 4 cloves of minced garlic in a pan with some oil until browned. Add 4 tbsp butter, juice from 1 lemon and 1 tsp of dried dill. Let simmer for 5 minutes or so.
4️⃣ Spread some avocado oil around on the soapstone and grill the halibut for 5 minutes a side or until internal temperature hits 140f. Grill the asparagus on the stainless steel grate for 10 minutes flipping every few minutes to evenly cook.
5️⃣ Plate the halibut on a bed or rice beside some asparagus and drizzle with the lemon butter dill sauce. Enjoy!
