This is high protein meal prep for summer! I’m prepping 16 meals and snacks for the week in about 1 hour, so I can have easy meals ready-to-go in the fridge.
Ps. All these recipes are gluten free, and I will share dairy-free and vegan options.

For the overnight oaks, can you bake it into a bar/bake? I'm not a fan of the wet oaks.
Based on the 4 bowls you're showing or 7 days in a week, there's no way those eggs aren't mushy and gross by the last day

I love your videos, the recipes always look so good and simple to make.
I do have two questions I’m hoping you, or one of your viewers, could answer.
1. I have an intense dislike for chia seeds. Is there a similar products I can sub in, e.g. flax meal or something, to achieve the same result? Or if I leave them out entirely, do I need to adjust the fluid level at all?
2. How well do the smoothies keep? I make similar smoothies often, but I drink them right away. I’m just wondering how well they taste after a few days and what the consistency is like.
