Welcome to Indian food paradise in Delhi, India! Today we’re going to eat the best chaat in Delhi and then we’ll be going on a dhaba tour to eat some of the best Punjabi food in Delhi!

Vaishnav Chaat Bhandar – We’re starting off with some extra spicy chaats and snacks at Delhi’s best chaat shop, for aloo chaat, and gol gappe.
Brijwasi Rasgulla Wala – Next up for some legendary Indian sweets including rasgulla, and ras malai.
National Restaurant – Located at Connaught Place is a row of top notch Punjabi restaurants, and we’re starting with National Restaurant for some classic North Indian food.
Royal Restaurant – Next up for vegetarian Indian food at Royal Restaurant.
Bhape Da Hotel – And finally, one of my personal favorites, also because I had eaten here almost 12 years ago, for their saag mutton which is still one of my all time favorite dishes here.

Mark, I am really enjoying all these videos from India!!!! The meals today looked amazing, though I would ask the man preparing to cut smaller the potatoes in one of the first dishes, and I am not sure I could do the testicles if you told me what I was eating them in advance. Your guide is simply outstanding. He is so pleasant to spend time with and informative.
Delhi chaat is B tier at best if you compare it to the overall chaat scene in India.
Uttar Pradesh has a much better chaat culture, balance and variety hands down.

They always drizzle a bit of heart attack into their food, that is why the medical profession is laughing all the way to the bank.
