Today I’m in Seoul, South Korea learning how to cook proper Korean food with Austin at Mukjang, and we’re joined by Korean Zombie to taste the final result.

We make Korean beef tartare bibimbap, stir fried octopus, traditional rice in a kamasot pot, and I even give live octopus a crack for the first time. Korea has been unreal so far, the food, the people, the culture, and this was one of the best cooking experiences of the trip.

    Mate mincing that octopus' legs while it's alive and leaving it there legless but alive while tossing its leg chunks into a dish and dressing the dish in front of it was fucked up
