Today I treated myself to an incredible food feast at Amare La Cucina in Baguio City! From their delicious wood-fired pizza to the amazing pasta and juicy steak, this place truly made me feel like royalty.
As an American in the Philippines, I’m always excited to discover amazing restaurants, and this Baguio experience did not disappoint. The cold weather, cozy vibe, and incredible food made this one of my favorite food trips ever!

Hello, @Kuya Kurt, whenever I have leftovers, I usually take them out with me and give them to the homeless on the streets.
I do not know if that is a thing in the US. Pero dito madami homeless, kaya kapag may sobra kang pagkain at hindi mo maubos, Ipabalot mo sa waiter, so you can give it to the homeless on your way home.
Ipabalot means to take out, usually putting it in a styro or a plastic container, depending upon what the restaurant has.

A lot of food, indeed! My only advice to you is…as a Filipino, when there’s so much food to eat, and know that you can’t eat them all and just plan to have them for “to go”…..set aside food that you can finish in a separate plate so the rest of the food will not get spoiled because you already touched ‘em….
