  1. It's chicken breast. It's always overcooked. I killed a wild turkey, cooked the breasts 2 different ways and guess what. They were both tough.

    Chicken thighs are superior

  2. This is my autism about cast iron pans, sorry if it’s annoying but cooking with acid in a cast iron often imparts a flavor as the cast iron reacts with the acid

  3. Using breast for this was an awful idea. As someone whos half Mexican and lives in San Diego. 4/10.

  4. Dude you have to go WAY harder on that chicken at first, trust me, they’ll coke out perfectly crispy while still moist on the inside
