  1. This technique is used in India from Kerala were we use banana leaf to gril in charcoal fish,meat etc then we prepare it. The flavour of banana leaf gets into the meat. Their is another method were meat wrapped with natural masala flavoursis wrapped in banana leaf and is put inside bambo and grilled in charcoal or campfire.
