This is how I cook my salmon but I finish it in the oven on the other side at 325 degrees for just a few mins to get to perfect. If its skin on – it should look pretty black that way its crispy and tender at the same time
It doesn’t need to be a cold pan, preheat it some and use a nonstick and you’re good. Salmon isn’t as hard as people think, just pull it at 125 degrees to not overcook and it’ll be good.
