  3. For Joshua Weissman's recipe how long did you bake the pizza for after preheating the steel?
    My oven temp goes about as high as yours so I'm curious, It would be great if you can reply

  4. The absolute best ROI on home pizza is naan, sauce, some nice salami, honey, sriracha, pesto, and a combo of any mozzarella & whatever other cheese you like. Toaster oven for like 10 min and done. Beats most delivery.

  10. The usa has a fire ban for wood sometimes but you can still use gas and my dad who was a firefighter/paramedic for 40 plus years says the big reason is because gas doesn't make little embers/sparks that can float away its just raw clean flame

  11. The "nice color" seems to me just burned, I make my Pizza without burn marks on the bottom, but a nice light to dark brown finish. Yeah, my pizza oven can only do 350°C currently.
