  1. Well I know what my breakfast is going to be.
Adding some nice protein grounds I pre-made which heat fast, but… yeah. Nice breakdown of a classic!

  2. Ramen noodles have no nutritional value. Is there a high protein low refined carb alternative type of noodle that can be used instead. Nutrition should be the most important thing

  3. Hi Will — I make something similar, but to save washing a dish, I just mix up the sauce in the bowl I'm going to use to eat the noodles. It feels very efficient. 😊

  4. It is difficult to find dark or light soy sauce these days, whether in general supermarkets or speciality/East Asian shops. I used to be able to find them some years ago, but now there is only one basic standard one.
    (I'm in England.)

  5. I live in the middle of podunk nowhere, so I've gotta use the packets. Shin's spice mix is very good, but high in sodium

  6. The thought of adding peanut butter to noodles, yes I'll admit that I'm a pb junkie, maybe some chopped broccoli and carrot to the noodles? Checking your red chili oil recipe out soon Yeungman! πŸ˜€

  7. What brand of sesame oil do you use? I have not found a good tasting oil in a glass bottle. Please tell!

  8. These look so good! 😊😊😊 And thank you so much for caring about your headphone audience by not including eating sounds! ❀❀❀

  9. Basically one of my two favorite "to lazy too cook" meals I do all the time. I personally add one crushed clove of garlic and a bit of agave syrup.

  10. I've cooked all kinds of noodles with a sauce very similar to this. Most of the time I'll add peas, green onions, sauteed mushrooms, or other cooked veggies I might have in the fridge.

  11. Wil you are always making the most yummy simple food. Your creative and simple approach is what saved my during my early days of becoming a Veggitarian. My dream is one day to buy Gouchujang and try the Kimchi recepy you did a few years ago. Thank you ❀

  12. My fave comfort noodle dish, but I always add maple syrup, basil, and lime juice. Oh, and Everything Bagel seasoning bc that goes on everything. Oh, and seaweed snacks. I could eat it every day. 😊
