The lively performance of sprinkling salt over the grill is truly impressive!
We got exclusive access to see how they carefully skewer each piece starting around 10 a.m., ensuring freshness and quality.
The “Otoro Iwashi” (fatty sardine) they serve is made only from large, premium fish, making it incredibly satisfying to eat!
Reservations open a month in advance, so we recommend booking early to secure your spot!
They also serve a variety of grilled chicken and other Fukuoka specialties, so you can enjoy different flavors each visit ✨
The staff are friendly and cheerful, creating a welcoming atmosphere where you can relax and enjoy your meal ☺️
Personally, I highly recommend trying their pudding at the end — it’s limited in quantity but definitely worth it! 🍮

毎朝10時ごろから1本1本丁寧に串刺しされてるところから今回は密着させていただきました！
お客様に提供する大トロいわしは、大きいもののみ使用されてるのでとても食べ応えがあります！
予約は1ヶ月前から始まるので、
早めに予約することをオススメします！
他にも焼き鳥や福岡名物の料理も豊富にあるので何度行っても楽しめます✨
店員さんもとても爽やかで気持ちのいい接客で居心地よく過ごせました☺️
個人的にプリンもかなりオススメなので最後に食べてみてください🍮(数量限定です)
