Flying Chef at 40,000 Feet with Turkish Airlines Business Class
This is my 14-hour Turkish Airlines feast Experience, and it’s got to be one of the craziest Business Class dining experiences I have had onboard an airline.
Flying on this Airbus A350 Business Class on an ultra long haul flight, I quickly realized this was not standard airline food.
Forget choosing one meal.
Turkish Airlines turns dinner into a full inflight dining experience with snacks, Turkish mezze, appetizers, fresh bread, salads, multiple mains, desserts, and drinks all served across several courses.
What makes it even more unique is the service style. Massive meal carts roll through the aisle loaded with options, chefs plate and help you pick exactly what you want throughout the flight.
Honestly, this felt less like airplane food and more like restaurant dining at 40,000 feet.

Breakfast is coming next because somehow the second meal service was equally impressive.
