The best businesses don’t depend on constant effort, they run on systems. A restaurant sells food, but a system sells consistency.
Damn she good
I had business as a subject and studied something like that. Taylor's Scientific Principles of Management, techniques of management. To study and organise the practices, he colour coded all their activities to ease out the functioning just like here! My first time seeing an application
She is a mix of ✨beauty✨and ✨grace✨her elegance is UNMATCHED! Pure vibes 😊😍💞💞💞
What is the name of the movie
A mild form of autism
I like how this scene was played out. The guy had no idea what the system was about and he asked the right questions the right way and he listened to her.
The lady wasn't rude or condescending when she was asked the question and she explained it clearly and simply by each one was marked the way it was and he listened
Ten an hour no benny's😅
What film is this from😊
Why do people take food so seriously
Food and business mix so it needs to be efficient and personalized
No one is going to tell us the show or movie… Absolutely no one
Movie name?
No restaurant is like this. My food shit. Service shit. Camera man shit. Acting shit. You overpay for shit
It feeds her need to control
Wow
I need someone like her in my startup 😅
CHEF! ❤❤❤
all this just to get minimum wage 🥀
I really liked this show. Too bad it's next season will be the last!!
I'm so very happy to have seen this video short. Because I'm so used to working at restaurants or working in the back room and it's just total chaos and the 20 something has no clue what she's doing as a manager. And it's disappointing to see that the owner of the restaurant would hire someone who has no idea what she's doing regardless of what was on her resume her performance on the job day today and I may have come in 3 or 4 years after she was hired. And what I see is total chaos every single day. But this here this year is not just a system, no this is a systematic organization almost as an art form.
If only there were restaurants like this
I sure hope she doesn’t take a sick day that would be disastrous😂😂
True question is how do they know of the personal factors( like their dietary restrictions, how long they will stay, etc). I mean maybe this restaurant is rsvp only and they hear of these details beforehand but it still does not explain anything
