If a chinese restaurant is not selling lunch items, most dishes are considered "family style" where the portion is supposed to be shared with 4ish people, and you order 3-5 different dishes.
I was a delivery driver in Alaska. When I'm in Juneau that's definitely the place but my favorite Chinese place in Alaska is bamboo panda in Fairbanks. Me and my buddy even drove 300 miles to grab lunch then head back home. If you're in Anchorage I recommend ding how.
