I came to the same conclusion, when we cook for others we exercise thoughtfullness and mercy, and as we cook for ourselves we learn our boundaries and learn to mesure

Im also learning how to cook but i can only make food without cooking yk i cut tomatoes etc and make a salad by my own but smt else i still have to learn
