I don't remember if there was an upstairs of the restaurant, but it looks very much like an authentic Indonesian typical warung (mom n pop's restaurant). The fish on top of the fried rice is probably dried fish that thet sell in every typical market in southeast Asia.

Crazy pricing but 1. High end district higher rent 2. Do to our war price cross the board are only going to get higher 3. Brixet hurt England's economy like tariffs ate hurting us americans…I think that's contributing factors among many others.

I was hoping his fried rice meals would be less expensive than most restaurants’ other prices.
£22 for a risotto is cheap to fair price seeing it's M stared and used the finest ingredients or seasonal. Plus Risotto is very filling and a main dish. £16 odd for fried rice is a hell no from me. Just think of the service charge that will be added on top of this as well 😮.

Never came across Gary's channel but I'm glad I did through this one, he's got a good sense of humor and actually reviews the food itself rather than just making a silly face and gassing up the place.
